Swimming
Week beginning 22nd March 2010
We took part in the annual Sherburn Cluster Swimming Festival in Selby this week and came 5th out of 7 schools. All the team enjoyed the event and it was great to see children who don’t necessarily take part in all the ball sports representing the school. A special mention should go to Rachael Farnill who won her heat, Aidan who was second in his, and Olivia and Daniel who beat children 2-3 years older than themselves. Thank you to parents who helped and supported the team.

Swimming Gala
We took part in the annual Sherburn cluster swimming festival on Tuesday. Unfortunately we came last out of five schools but all the children enjoyed taking part and tried really hard. Well done to those who took part and thank you to parents who helped with transport.
