Our aims
The school and its Governing Body recognise, in partnership with home, it is the aim of our school to so equip each child that they make the most of their potential. This will be done by, creating an environment where, each childs feel safe and confident; where they know that they will receive a positive response from those around them.
They will be provided with a wide and balanced range of basis skills and encouraged by example, to work hard at acquiring and developing skills and learn when, and how, to apply them.
We must help and educate our children to:
- be healthy
- have respect for other people, their cultures and beliefs
- stay safe
- help them become good neighbours and citizens
- encourage them to think about the consequences of their actions, and, above all, to value themselves and their achievements
- achieve economic well being
These aims apply equally to each child whatever their level of academic attainment, their physical abilities, and the standard of their behaviour.
